This guy needs no introduction. Steven Curtis Chapman has done incredible things in his 14 years of making music. Every song that he’s released has shot to #1 on the charts, he's won dozens of Dove Awards, and has gained thousands of fans. Every album seems to be better than the last. Well, folks, he’s done it again.

If you’ve heard the first single, "Live Out Loud," then you already have a peek at how good the album is going to be. The album, once again, was written almost entirely by Steven, and the lyrics are outstanding, as always.

This album features some of Steven's signature anthems and ballads: "When Love Takes You In," " God is God," "This Day," "No Greater Love," but also has some BIG surprises. Declaration has some of the biggest rock songs Steven has ever done: "See the Glory," "Jesus is Life," "Live Out Loud," "Bring it On." Even though they are totally different for SCC, they are awesome.

The first-week sales for this album were fantastic, so most of you reading this have already picked up your copy. But, if you haven’t, I would highly recommend that you do so, because this album is definitely one of the best, if not the best, he's ever done.
