Since their last record this foursome has seen multiple Dove Award nominations, several hit radio singles, and many positive reviews for their talent and new place in Christian rock music. Let me add my voice to those still praising their first CD and encourage you to check out their sophomore recording "Satisfied".
Like their previous offering you can expect lyrically strong, guitar-driven rock songs, coupled with a Christian message. This album mixes driving rock songs with some slower pop/rock songs, providing something for everyone. Sure to become a Decemberadio classic, the album highlight for me is the song "Look For Me" - one of the slower songs on the record - an encouraging song about God's pursuing love. Also, fans will recognize the catchy single "For Your Glory". It would not surprise me to hear this song in churches across America - much like I've heard one of their previous hits "Drifter". Fans will also enjoy one of the other highlights for me - the singable anthem "Love Can".
For a group that chose their name by looking at the month on a calendar, Decemberadio has come a long way. And based on how great this album is, I expect them to be around for a while.
