After a long absence and a record company change, many people wondered what 4Him's new album, "Walk On" would be like. How would the time away from CCM affect the new album? As much as I hated 4Him's absence, if this is what they can do after three years away from making a pop album, then maybe they should take breaks more often. OK, maybe not.
Some say "third time's the charm," but for 4Him, it's "tenth time's the charm." Their previous nine albums were fantastic, but the release of "Walk On" marks their best album to date. "Walk On" features some of the best songwriting ever from 4Him, and their main songwriter -- group member, Mark Harris.
4Him cranks up the music for some rockin' tunes ("I Know You Now," "This is My Declaration"), slows down the pace a bit for some worship ("Surrender," "Let the Healing Begin"), delivers some radio-ready sing-along songs ("Psalm 112" -- already a hit), moves you to tears ("Walk On," "The Waiting") and just amazes you with an incredible album! The vocals are better than ever, and there isn't a song on here that you won't like. You definitely don't want to miss this album!
