Congratulations to Nathan and Christy who welcomed their third child, Annie Rose Nockels on June 26, 2007.  Christy is also working on a new album to be released sometime this Spring!  Keep watching this page for more information.

As mentioned below, Christy is appearing on a few new albums soon.  The first one is called "Sing Over Me: Worship Songs and Lullabies", a multi-female-artist worship project that is absolutely beautiful.  It features artists like Bethany Dillon, Janna Long (Avalon), Nichole Nordeman, Erin O'Donnell, and of course Christy performing solos of popular worship songs, as well as some new songs.  Christy sings on "Jesus Loves Me," "Lord You Have My Heart," "Whole World in His Hands," "May the Words of My Mouth," and "Here I Am to Worship."  It releases August 1, 2006.  The other one is Selah's new album called, "Bless the Broken Road: The Duets Album."  Christy sings "Faithful One."  It releases August 8, 2006.

Christy recently commented on the future of Watermark and what other projects they have planned.  Since Watermark is no longer under contract, they will be exploring several new ventures.  Nathan will continue to produce and Christy is on several projects - she is on Selah's next album, they are both on the new Passion album coming out in April and Christy is also on a CD from EMI that is a multi female artist project.  They are also involved in Point of Grace's new album.  Watermark's album, "A Grateful People" will be coming out tomorrow.  It is an absolutely beautiful album!

Previous news timeline:

October 2005 - Watermark announces that they will be ending their days as a musical duo.  Nathan will concentrate on producing and Christy will work as a mentor, teacher, and worship leader.  The duo recorded a live CD called "A Grateful People" in August and will release March 14, 2006.  The farewell CD featured Point of Grace, Chris Tomlin and more.

June 2005 - Watermark announces that they will release a greatest hits CD on October 25, 2005.

January 2005 - Two singles hit the radio - "My Covering" went to AC radio and "Knees to the Earth" went to Inspirational radio.

October 2004 - Watermark's latest single "The Glory of Your Name" hits #1 on the Inspirational Charts.

March 2004 - Watermark announces they are working on a new album - "The Purest Place" - to release in August.

August 2003 - Nathan and Christy release the songs "In the Garden" and "In the Garden/There is None Like You" (remix) on the "Next Door Savior" CD, releasing August 12, 2003.

December 2002 - Christy gives birth to Elliana Noelle Nockels on December 18, 2002 at 8:15 am.  "Ellie" was 8 lbs, 14 oz.

August 2002 - Nathan and Christy announce they are expecting a baby girl around Christmas.  They also released a new single "Friend For Life"

April 2002 - Watermark releases their first single from the new album - the title track "Constant".

February 2002 - The title of the new CD is announced as "Constant" and will release on April 30, 2002.

January 2002 - A great article is written about Nathan and Christy's marriage.  Click here.

August 2001 - Nathan and Christy announce that they will begin work on a new CD in September or October and hope to have the album out and start a tour in the spring.

May 2001 -Watermark released the third single from the "All Things New" album - "Good For Me".

November 2000 - Watermark released second single from new album "All Things New".  A Watermark song book was also released.

July 2000 - Christy gives birth to Noah Luke Nockels on Friday July 21, 2000 at 9:45 pm.  Noah was 9 pounds, 14 ounces and 21 inches long.

January 2000 - Watermark was nominated for a Dove Award for New Artist of the Year and also performed on the Dove Awards.
