"I want to remind people that God is more concerned with
our day-to-day than we might think. He is not just in the valley or on the
mountaintop. He's on the straight open road, too. I hope we can begin to really
experience what he's doing in this moment." Steven Curtis Chapman's insights and ideas are wiser and more

Since the late 80s radio
has been blessed by singer/songwriter/guitarist Steven Curtis
Chapman. He became well known for his songwriting for others and
then emerged on the scene with his simple guitar style and amazing
lyrics. Since then he's won dozens of Dove Awards, had many #1
songs and has gained thousands of fans. Some of his hits include
"For the Sake of the Call", "More to This Life",
"The Great Adventure", "Dive", "Live Out
Loud" and perhaps his signature song - "I Will Be
Here". In recent years Steven and his wife Mary Beth have
been actively involved in adoption awareness and adopted three girls of
their own from China. Tragically, one of them passed away in May
of 2008. Steven has been singing one of his latest singles,
"Cinderella" at concerts - a song written months before she
died to remind him that his girls won't stay little forever. His
impact has been enormous and he continues to touch lives through his
music.
